Celebrities Converge On Abuja For ‘Global Fight Concert’

Nigerian celebrities, including actors, comedians and singers, have converged on Abuja for an entertainment concert, tagged “Celebrity Global Fight Concert”.
The event, which is scheduled to hold this Saturday February 24, 2024, at the Congress Hall of Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, will have the celebrities billed to entertain Nigerians in an intriguing fight.
Addressing journalists in Abuja on Friday, Loveth Patra Young, also known as the Nigerian Terminator, said the aim was to bring together everyone in the entertainment industry.
Young said celebrities participating in the epic fight include MC Bob, Faze, Sir One, MC Franchez, Laide Bakare, Chizzy Alichi, Sllipknot Asuquo, Untouchable Comedy, Rykardo Agbor, King Zina Abig Nwamama, Sarkin Dariya, Kelvin Ikeduba, Shortcut, among others entertainers.
“From acting and cooking to fashion and music, we are a powerhouse of creativity, demonstrating that we can excel in various fields. Whether it’s dancing, sports commentary, or even boxing, our team is dedicated to breaking the norms and bringing joy to our audience,” she said.
Young stressed that the mission was clear to unite people through laughter, music, and shared experiences. As they embark on this journey, they acknowledge that the world of entertainment is vast, and they were ready to conquer it all.
She said the foundation has been laid, and despite being behind schedule, they were picking up the pace, fueled by the passion to make a mark globally.
On her part, actress Patience Ozokwor, popularly known as Mama G, said the fight was important to show the world that entertainment is one body whether it is singing, comedy, acting or boxing.
“We want to show the world that entertainment knows no bounds. Whether it’s a soulful song, a mesmerizing dance, or the adrenaline of football and boxing, we aim to captivate our audience and make them forget their worries.
“We are not just entertaining; we are setting a new standard. Nigeria has taken the lead in music, action, and more. Africa, as one, is rising, and we are at the forefront of this movement,” she said.
Ozokwor noted that the team was committed to upholding the values of unity and creativity, saying even as they continue this exciting venture, they were grateful to their fans for the unwavering support.
