The Zamfara State Security Trust Fund have visit to Maru and Tsafe Emirates to assess the extent of security challenges and solicits the support of communities in mobilizing resources to combats insecurity.
Addressing the Emirates the ZSTF Chairman Muhammed Abubakar said as body in trust with responsibility to source fund for security management, “we see need to reach out communities for effective collaboration and synergy.
“Being the organisation was established for the first time in the state, there is need to sensitizes people on it duties and responsibility.
“The other mandate of the trust fund are; critical assessment of security challenges, intelligence gathering and sharing and procurement of security gadgets as well as logistics materials.” he said
He also said the advocacy visit was a demonstration of committee members commitment to carried out the task ahead of them.
He condole with the Emirs and Family of the desist one, pray Allah to grant their soul internal rest .
In their sprats remarks the Emirs of Maru, Alhaji Abubakar Gado-Maigari and that of Tsafe Muhammad Baw express happiness with the visit and promise to give the needed support for the return peace in the state.
“We already engages our self on special prayers in various the mosques within the emirates and it has started yielding result.
“With composition of your committee we believed that the desired objective would be achieved, we therefore, urged you to ensure justice in all the dealing”.
The emirates promise full support of all kind to committee and overall policies and programs of state.
