Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has given the Executive Secretary of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Engr Shehu Ahmed Hadi, 24 hours to explain what the government’s position is concerning partial demolition of the National Mosque and the compensation plan.
Parts of the land belonging to the National Mosque will be affected by road expansion, prompting its management to demand compensation in terms of other plots.
