Former Governor of Zamfara state and currently Senator representing Zamfara West Senatorial District, Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar has pleaded with the People of Zamfara State to use the Ramadan Period in Praying for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR to stabilise the Nation’s Economy and National Security, for it will guarantee the present and future of Nigerians.

He made the plea while playing host to over 2,500 Members of All Progressives Congress, APC drawn from 147 Political Wards of the 14 Local government Areas of Zamfara to a Ramadan Breakfast spanning 5 days in his Talata Mafara Residence between 1st and 5th Ramadan 1445AH /2024 AD.
Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar opined that it’s instructive in Islam that followers shall always pray for the success of their leaders because they steer the wheel of their lives and such Prayers will see them through.
The Nation and its leaders he said need prayers from all and sundry at this point in time taking into cognisance the security challenges and economic downturn that inflicted untold hardship on Citizens.
During the event, each participant was presented with the Sum Of Fifty Thousand Naira and a Set of Babbar Riga by their host.
Members of the Ward, Local Government and State Executive Councils of All Progressives Congress, APC, Former Commissioners, Special Advisers, Directors – General, Councilors, Serving and Former Members of The National and State Assembly, Stakeholders, Islamic Clerics and Businessmen and Women attended the event.
