NSCDC Arrest Man With Charms In Girls’ Hostel In Kano

Operatives of the Kano State Command of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) have arrested one 35-year-old Muhammad Munzali with charms inside the female hostel of the Skyline University Nigeria in Kano.

Spokesperson of the Command, Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi, told Journalists on Friday that the suspect was apprehended around 10pm by vigilant officers of the Corps while sneaking into the female hostel of the University situated along Sardauna Crescent, Nasarawa GRA.

He said the suspect was found with local charms round his body and also dressed in women’s apparel to disguise himself.

Abdullahi added that the Command has commenced investigation to unravel the motive of his intrusion into the private university’s female hostel.

He said legal action will be taken against the suspect at the completion of investigation.

“The State Commandant, NSCDC Kano Command, Commandant Mohammed Lawal Falala, had recently in a strategic meeting with management charged, officers and men of the command to be extra vigilant and intensify surveillance in and around public and private educational institutions in the State with a view to safeguard them against criminally minded elements,” he added.
