The management of Nigerian Institute of Leather Science Technology NILEST Zaria has organized a tree days training to ensure the staffs are up to date with the latest trends in all sector of public service and to be in line with latest happing in the technology world.
Training and development in every organization is key to Staff Job performance hence, Prof. MK Yakubu, Director-General/CEO NILEST, has prioritized training of Staff of various disciplines so as to enhance their Job performance. In his efforts aimed at Training the Staff, the DG has sponsored about 25 Staff selected from Research and Academic fields on a 3-day (21st-23rd September, 2022) training and workshop titled DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS (DOE). The training was aimed at how to plan, design, conduct and analyzed statistically designed experiments according to Mr. Ago Bright who was among those that participate in training explain that the training was very rewarding.
