Makinde Commiserates With Bishop Wale Oke Over Mother’s Death

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has commiserated with the President of the Sword of the Spirit Ministries, who is also the president, Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Bishop Francis Wale Oke on the demise of his mother, late Mrs Elizabeth Areola Oke.
The governor during a condolence visit to the cleric, expressed his condolences to the Bishop and the entire Oke family while he thanked God that the deceased lived a good and fulfilled life worthy of emulation.
Makinde described the departed as a blessed woman whose womb was privileged to birth great children, whose lives have impacted humanity positively, both within Nigeria and around the globe.
He enjoined the Bishop and the rest of the family to take heart and give thanks to God for making their mother lived to the ripe old age of 97 years.
The governor assured Oke and the generality of the Oyo State populace of his steadfast commitment to the welfare and development of the people of the state.
Together with his team, Governor Makinde said he has been working tirelessly to put in place a formidable foundation upon which Oyo State is gradually being built to become an economically developed and viable state in the nearest future.
Responding, Bishop Oke, on behalf of the family thanked the Governor for taking time out of his busy schedule to condole with him and his family on the loss of their matriarch.
He assured the Governor of continuous support and fervent prayer to God for his success and for the emergence of a credible and God-fearing successor, who would further take the state to greater heights.
