Laori’s Proposed Alterations To Nigeria’s 1999 Constitution Passes First Reading

During Tuesday’s plenary, at the House of Reps, the silent achiever, Rt. Hon. Kwamoti La’ori, proposed 2 important amendments bill to the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended).

The Honorable member of reps representing Numan/Demsa/Lamurde federal Consttiency proposed amendments which passed first reading, seeks to improve the welfare, peace and security of all Nigerians, also aims to promote order and good governance in November pd country.

The law maker called on his constituents and Nigerians to take advantage of the ongoing Constitutional amendment, to ensure their voice is heard.

The workaholic law maker has once again stressed that beside commissioning life impacting projects, human capital development and youth empowerment, the need to improve on extant laws of the land to accommodate new challenges in human society is also crucial.

He further maintained that as people representative and a law maker he would not relent in his primary responsibility of making laws that brings democracy dividends to his esteemed constituents and the nation at large hence the proposed amendments.
