Foundation To Proffer Solutions To Global Issues

Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation says it plans to organise a dialogue with  public, private and social leaders to propel solutions to global issues, social transformation and impact communities.
ACT Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms Osayi Alile, made the disclosure in a statement on Friday.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the dialogue which is the  fifth edition, is an annual Breakfast programme scheduled for Sept. 14 and Sept. 15, 2021.
The dialogue will have as its theme : “Reimagining the Future of Development: Learn, Adjust, Thrive”.
Alile said that it would be a clarion call on leaders across diverse platforms, locations and status quo to create improved solutions and navigate the new normal.
 
The conference will spur innovative strategies and encourage multisectoral collaboration across Africa.
It can also alleviate some of the biggest societal problems such as poverty, inequality, and unemployment. 
This event will be a springboard for long-term strategies towards building more resilient and prosperous communities and institutions across Africa,” she said.
 
 Alile said that the 2020 edition focused on how digital investments are key for transformative change and development of Africa as a continent.
“While this year’s conversation centers around good governance and economic development in line with the foundation’s mandate to continue fostering social change across all levels.
 
“The keynote this year will address the health, economic, and leadership challenges plaguing Africa and its citizens with different panel sessions.
“The fireside chat will harp on developing resilience for innovation, then followed by three masterclass sessions on organisational leadership, building sustainable start-ups; and A-Z of effective fundraising.
