The former chairman of Ngaski local Government council of Kebbi State Hon. Hassan Garba Warra has regain his freedom after spending three weeks in Captivity of bandits.
Hon Garba Warra,was kidnapped along Tegina-Zuggeru high way on his way to Abuja.
According to sources, Hon. Hassan Garba Warra,was said to be traveling with his personal vehicle,with his personal driver until he joined commercial vehicle and ordered his driver to return home.
It was gathered that the commercial vehicle Warra boarded along other passengers were attacked by bandits and they were marched into the bush.
However, Hon. Hassan Warra was sighted at Kotagora,Niger state on Friday with two of his relatives,taking him back to be reunited with his family.
In brief chat ,Warra said he could not say anything for now until when he fully settled down. At the time of filing this report issue of whether he paid ramson or rescued by security agent is yet to be ascertain.
