Plateau State has been thrown into mourning with the news of Senator Ignatius Datong Longjan’s death, which broke in the earlier hours of Monday.
Longjan, who served as a deputy governor in the State from 2011-15, was until his death the Senator representing Plateau South Sentorial District, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The elderstatesman was born on 16th May, 1945.
