Kano state, Governor Engineer Abba Kabir Yusuf, described the chairman of Dangote group of company Alhaji Aliko Dangote a genius whose philanthropic activities support the development of the lives of millions of Nigerians and the entire African continent.
This is in a statement issued by its director general of information and communication, Sanusi Dawakin-Tofa, congratulating Alhaji Aliko Dangote on his 67th birthday.
He said Dangote was the backbone of the country’s economy and was very important to Africa’s development.
He said that Kano State, which is the birthplace of Dangote, its people are grateful for his generosity and humanitarianism. especially the distribution of humanitarian aid to millions of the poor and support the policies of the Kano State Government which will lead to social and economic development.
