Kano state Government is opening up its frontier for domestic and international investors by providing all that is required to create an enabling environment for the success of any investment.
Commissioner of commerce Kano state.Hon.Abbas.sani Abbas Abbas said when he represent Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at opening ceremony of 44th edition of Kano international trade fair on Saturday.
Adding that the state is ready to join hands with any willing investor to sign public private partnership agreement in areas of their choice.He call on all interested persons wishing to invest in the state to come forward.
Hon.Abbas Sani Abbas congratulate the president of Kano chamber of commerce and his esteem members for organising the trade Fair.This singular commitment serves as a clear indication of shrewdness and patriotism by the entire council members and the general staffs of the chamber.
In his address the president of Kano chamber of commerce, Industry mine and Agriculture (KACCIMA) Alhaji Garba Imam said the theme of this year’s trade fair is “Economic Diversification, Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development”was chosen against the backdrop of Nigeria’s desire to broaden inclusive grouth and Sustainable development
Adding that it’s a well known fact that for a country to attain inclusive grouth and Sustainable development,it’s economy has to be diversified.Mono-economy must give way to the productive development of the various sectors of the economy , especially trade, manufacturing ,solid mineral and Agricultural sectors.
Alhaji Garba Imam said the trade fair is unique one being the first or maiden fair organised by his new council and is unique for being free entry Fair ever organised by KACCIMA.
