Murtala Guding’s football team has won the football competition for the members representing Demsa/Numan/Lamurde local governments in the national assembly, organized by his supporters in the area which brings together football teams in Adamawa southern zone.
The match ended with a penalty kick between Murtala Guding and Nisiri United, Murtala Guding won the game by scoring seven goals against Nisiri United also scored six goals.
The sponsor comments on the participants for their sportsmanship and assured the youth that the member house of Reps try all he’s possible best to provide more opportunities for them to showcase their telnet in southern zone.
Also speaking, the Member representing Demsa/Numan/Lamurde federal constitiency, Rt. Hon Kwamoti B. La’ori appreciate all hands that contribute to the success of the tournament, especiallyas his aim of unity is achieved in the area.
The special guests of honor who were there during the Match including Member House of Reps representing Jada,Ganye Tongo and Mayo-Belwa federal constituency Hon. Mohammad Inuwa Bassi, Mr Daniel Dishon.
Adamawa state PDP Chairman Brr Tahir Shehu, member representing Numan local government area in Adamawa state house of Assembly Hon Pwamwakeno Mackondo, executive chairman of Demsa local government and others.
Reports said more than 20 football teams participated in the three-week tournament.
