A cleric, Pastor Isaac Ogbah, has advised the Federal Government to exhibit more strong political will in tackling the nation’s security challenges.
Ogbah, Senior Pastor, God’s Signature Royal Assembly, Ota, gave the advice on Saturday at the church’s 6th Edition of Rhythm of Praise at St. Michael Primary School, Ota, Ogun.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Praise Concert, convened by Ogbah, had over 10,000 people in attendance.
According to him, there is need for the Federal Government to exhibit more strong political will in eradicating insecurity as it has done in checking smuggling activities, which has brought sanity to the nation’s land borders.
Ogbah, who is also the Chairman, Nigerian Bar Association, Sango-Ota branch, said that the concert was in appreciation of God’s faithfulness to us as individual and the country as a whole.
The cleric said that organising the concert was a command and also in accordance to Psalm 150: 6 in the scripture, which state, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord”.
“We are praising God so that He can bless us more particularly in Ogun and the nation generally,” he said.
Ogbah stressed the need for all to return all glories and honours to God for all He has done for us as individual and also as a nation.
