Eid-El-Fitr: Pray For Nigeria To Rise Against It’s Challenges, Gov’ship Aspirant Urges Muslims

Former Presidential aspirant, Senator Dr. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed has called on Nigerian Muslims, religious and political leaders to intensify prayers for the revival of the country to rise against it’s challenges.

The Senator who is aspiring for Governorship seat in Kaduna state felicitates with Muslim ummah on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Fitr,  and urged them to use the celebrations leading to the general elections to pray for the restoration of the nation’s lost glory to regain her seat in the comity of Nations.

He said: “Nigeria will rise again, despite it’s economic and security challenges. I urged our religious leaders and all Nigerians to pray fervently to rid Kaduna state and the country from it’s attendant problem.

Senator Baba Ahmed recall that “as christian brothers and sisters celebrated Easter last week, now the Muslim Faithful are celebrating the Eid-el-fitr all within same time Nationwide. This is a symbol of unity in diversity as destined by Almighty Allah.

He enjoined citizens of Kaduna state especially party delegates in the PDP to vote wisely as the forthcoming primaries is around the corner.

Dr. Datti advised them to always go for competency, capacity and capability instead of resolving to money bag politics.

“Nigerians, especially citizens of Kaduna state needs somebody who can revert the state to it’s normal status in terms of education, health, infrastructure and human development as well as restore the lost glory of civil service.” He said.

He said the faith of Kaduna citizens lies in the hands of the party delegates and urged them to choose credibly so that history will judge them right.
