The African Oil Marketers and Forum of Communication and Policy Strategy has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint Mallam Gidado Ibrahim as his new Chief of Staff.
According to a press statement jointly issued by Eng. Prince Arinze Elochukwu of the The African Oil Marketers and Dr. Alfa Ibrahim of the FCPS said with the demise of Malam Abba Kyari last Friday, the nation is currently at state of mourning and requires a versatile administrator, technocrat and a political juggernaut to replace the late Chief of Staff.
The statement disclosed that Mallam Gidado Ibrahim who is highly effective on corporate and economic governance is a man with visionary ideas to fight corruption.
“Although Kyari’s sudden death has indeed caused the country so many set backs, a competent replacement in the person of Mallam Gidado will definitely bridge the gap.
“Mallam Gidado is a man with national and International reputations. He is a bureaucrat with tremendous expertise in addressing bureaucratic issues.
We at African Oil Marketers and FCPS and indeed Nigerians believe that appointing Mallam Gidado as the new Chief of Staff will help the president address so many challenges, of carrying his supporters along and practicalising his policies and good intentions for the country,” the statement said
