The Speaker of the Plateau House of Assembly, Mr Abok Ayuba, has commended the achievements of Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development , Dame Pauline Tallen, on the occasion of her 61st birthday.
Ayuba, who described the minister as a “mother to all” in a statement issued by his Director of Press, Bulus Atang, on Thursday in Jos, lauded Tallen’s achievements and contribution to the nation’s economic growth and development.
He described Tallen as a detribalised and selfless leader, and bridge builder, whose dedication, commitment and immense contribution to the growth and development of Plateau and the nation remained indelible.
He appealed to her not to relent in her efforts at bringing about a robust change to the nation through her office.
The speaker urged the minister to continue to exhibit such patriotism in all her dealings.
He prayed that the Almighty God would continue to grant her wisdom, strength and good health to make more impact on Plateau and Nigeria.
