Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State – The M-TECH Scholarship Foundation, chaired by Engr. Manir Musa Jega, has embarked on a mission to empower vulnerable, less privileged, and orphaned children by providing them with access to tertiary education.

In a recent screening exercise, the foundation identified over 400 deserving children from Maiyama, Aliero, Jega, Gwandu, and Birnin Kebbi local government areas. On August 29, 2024, the foundation awarded scholarships to some of these children, covering their tuition fees, upkeep, and allowances, to pursue nursing and midwifery programs at the Kebbi State School of Nursing and Midwives.
