Aminu Kano College Of Education Request For Land From Kano Government To Establish University

The Provost of Aminu Kano college of education Dr. Ayuba Ahmad has pleaded to Kano state government to allocate a piece of land to the college for it to establish a university.

He made the plead during presentation of certificate to students who graduated with NCE In the college.

He shows that now whoever passes through the round
of the campus of the college here in will expect that
they are offering degree programmes.

Adding that because in this campus they have about seven Theater Hall and it is accommodating over 1,000 students.

Dr. Ayuba said in there effort to support the
policy of educating citizens, college is preparing to offer scholarship to 1,000 students Kano indigenous.

In his address the Kano state commissioner for
Higher Education, Dr. Yusuf Ibrahim K/Mata, said Kano state Government under the leadership of Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf has give development of education special concern due to it’s importance in moving any society forward.

Dr. Kofar Mata who also represent Kano state Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf at the graduation ceremony commended the effort of Aminu Kano college of education in promoting education.The administration in the state had attached so much importance to the sector.

Dr. Yusuf Kofar Mata said that education has
been the greatest priority of Kwankwasiyya
administration at all levels.
