Protesters attacked the Digital Industrial Park, DIP, of the Nigerian Communication Commission, NCC, in Kano state on Thursday.

The ICT Park consists of laboratories for ICT innovations and Commercial Hubs providing capacity building to ICT startups and entrepreneurial activities in the North West.
The protesters in their numbers invaded the ICT park and started breaking the offices.
Inside sources said the state-of-the-art equipment, worth billions of Naira installed at the center were carted away by the hoodlums.
Some of the equipment looted include computers, AC, chairs, tables, solar batteries and panels, among others also generator room at the center was reportedly set ablaze.
