The National Integrity Forum, a socio-cultural group of professionals and intellectuals across Nigeria has lauded the reign of Mai Potiskum, Alhaji Umar Bubaram for building a legacy of peace, unity nd development in the Potiskum Emirate of Yobe State.
The President of Forum, Professor N.M Abba in a statement during a special prayer session today in Abuja, to commemorate the 21st anniversary of the coronation of the Mai Potiskum, said Alhaji Umar Bubaram has ensured peaceful coexistence and sense of brotherhood among the people.
The Forum stressed that the Mai Potiskum is a selfless monarch, who is passionate about growth and progress of his domain and Nigeria at large.
“The Mai Potiskum, Alhaji Umar Bubaram has over the years, sustained his goodwill, owing to his attributes, anchored on fairness and justice. He is a strong advocate of a united and prosperous Nigeria. The monarch’s leadership qualities are extra-ordinary and worthy of emulation by leaders at all levels.” He said
The prayer session was attended by important dignitaries across the nation. Mallam Gidado Ibrahim (Sarkin Yamma) was also present at the high-class event.
