Security operatives in Bauchi have arrested one Nasiru Ibrahim of Zango quarters in Bauchi metropolis, who sometimes last month lured one Usman Abdulkarim into a room and forcefully had anal sexual intercourse with him.
Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in Bauchi, DSP Ahmed Mohammed Wakil while confirming the arrest, said that the suspect upon interrogation also confessed to have the same affair with two other boys, Yusuf Abdulkarim and Mujahid Abdulkarim.
The matter was reported to the Dutsin Tanshi Police Division on June 18, 2020 by one Abdulkarim Jibrin who was the father of the victims, namely Usman Abdulkarim (5yrs), Yusuf Abdulkarim (8yrs) and Mujahid Abdulkarim (7yrs), all of whom having the same address with the suspect, Nasiru Ibrahim.
According to the police spokesman, Sodom Nasiru Ibrahim was after preliminary investigations found to be reactive of hepatitis B. ailment, while further development will be made public after concluding full investigations into the matter.
DSP Wakil also said in a press statement that Patience Kushi penultimate week reported to have been kidnapped with her whereabouts unknown, was found in Jos, Plateau state.
“Patience planned her fake abduction alert and decided to left her uncle house owing an unnatural act against her by her uncle one Masoyi Ibrahim (51yrs) of Rafin Zurfi quarters, Bauchi”. Consequently, she could not continue to withstand as she claimed”. The statement said.
In another development, PPRO Wakil revealed the arrest of one Rilwanu Adamu (17yrs) of Dambam LGA for forcefully having sexual intercourse with one girl, Fatima Mohammed (10yrs) of the same address, who in the company of two of her friends went to the bush to fetch firewood.
“Rilwanu Adamu ‘m’ of 17years lured her to the nearby river and forcefully had sexual intercourse with her against her consent. However, the suspect was arrested and confessed to the crime”, the police spokesman stated
Similarly, on 21/06/2020 at about 1200hrs one Danjuma Abdullahi m of Tilden Fulani, Toro LGA reported at the Station that on the 17/06/2020 at about 1400hrshis wife Abida Muhammad f of same address observed some abnormality from their daughter Amina Danjuma ‘f’ 5yrs upon enquiry she narrated to her mother that one man took her into an uncompleted building at the same address and had carnal knowledge of her. However medical examination revealed that the said Amina was rape”
PPRO further disclosed that in a criminal conspiracy and culpable homicide case reported to the police, “One Aishatu Ibrahim (40yrs) of Makama New Extension called one Adamu Babayo attached to professional hunters Zango and took her son by name Abdulsalam Ibrahim (20yrs) to their office for interrogation because he made away with her two wrappers value ten thousand (N10,000). Subsequently, the said Adamu Babayo, and three others, Sani Babayo, Ibrahim Abubakar and Haruna Baba beat him and consequently led to his death as confirmed by the medical doctor. Meanwhile all suspects were arrested”.
DSP Wakil also told the press about the case of land dispute in Zadawa village of Misau Local Government Area which culminated to the killing of innocent natives of Zadawa.
He gave the names of those that loss their lives in the dispute related to land demarcation as Muhammed Sani (24yrs), Husaini Umaru (73yrs), Abdullahi Mohammed (20yrs), Adamu Jauro (40yrs), Yahai Buba (35yrs), Musa Mamman (35yrs), Hassan Manu (18yrs) and Mustapha Muhammed (30yrs) all of Misau LGA in the state.
