The Kano State Government has dethroned the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Muhammadu Sanusi ll. According to Mallam Salihu Yakasai, the Director General, Media and Communications, Kano State Government, the Executive Council of Kano State unanimously agreed on the dethronement in a special meeting held today.
