National Association of Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria (NACHPN) Kaduna State Chapter have condemned with strong term the heinous and unlawful abduction of it’s members which occurred on Monday, while on duty st PHC Kuyallo in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area.

Comrade Aliyu Abdulrasheed Umar who made the condemnation in a Press release issued to newsmen in Zaria over the sad event.
He said, this act of violence is a gross violation of human rights and the principles of justice, freedom, and service to humanity that we hold dear.
According to him the abduction is a cowardly and reprehensible crime that inflicts deep emotional and psychological trauma on its victims, their families, and the communities they serving.
NACHPN said such actions have no place in a civilized society and must be met with the full force of the law to allow healthcare personnel rendered services to humanity particularly in the rural area..
The association called on the Kaduna State government and relevant authorities to take immediate and decisive action to secure the victims unhurt and ensure their safe return without any delay.
While calling on the national and international communities as well all relevant stakeholders to stand against this unacceptable breach of human rights enjoyed by the Kidnapper’s in our society.
“Our thoughts are with the victim(s) and their families, and we remain committed to supporting them through this difficult time”.
The State Chairman also called on his members to report any suspicious move within or around their facilities to the appropriate authority for quick action to be taken.
