Kebbi State Police Command Promotes 52 Inspectors To Assistant Superintendent Of Police

Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State – Fifty-two Police Inspectors have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP II) in the Kebbi State Police Command.

The promotion, which was approved by the Police Service Commission (PSC) on the recommendation of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, was decorated by the Commissioner of Police, CP Bello M. Sani, on Thursday, August 15/2024.

CP Bello M. Sani congratulated the newly promoted officers, describing their promotion as a “thing of great joy with a sense of pride” and a “remarkable transition in their professional career.

” He charged them to be disciplined, professional, and civil to members of the public, emphasizing the need for a commensurate level of discipline and responsibility.

The newly promoted officers thanked the CP for his kind gesture and fatherly advice, promising to raise the bar high in discharging their responsibilities.

The promotion and decoration ceremony took place at the State Headquarters Gwadangaji, Birnin Kebbi, and was attended by the CP’s Management Team.

This development is expected to boost the morale of the officers and enhance the overall performance of the Kebbi State Police Command in maintaining law and order in the state.
