The Kebbi State Ministry of Information and Culture has received modern studio equipment for Kebbi Radio, procured by the state government to improve the station’s operations.
Commissioner of Information and Culture, Alhaji Yakubu Ahmed Birnin Kebbi, praised Governor Nasir Idris Kaura Gwandu for his continuous support to the ministry in disseminating policies and programs that impact citizens’ lives.
The equipment, presented by Kebbi Radio’s General Manager, Engineer Mahe Mohammed, includes high-quality Sony voice recorders, HP laptop computers, Acer desktop computers, audio mixers, and a Grounding Sate-light digital studio radio receiver, as well as a local area network.
Engineer Mahe Mohammed thanked Governor Nasir Idris for his support, stating that the equipment is part of the federal government’s digitization policies to enhance broadcasting and scripting.
The commissioner tasked the general manager to utilize the equipment effectively to promote the governor’s policies, programs, and achievements.
