Kebbi State First Lady, Hajiya Zainab Nasare Nasir Idris, has encouraged youths to become self-reliant and employers of labor by utilizing skills acquired through training programs.
At the graduation ceremony of 50 beneficiaries of the Free Business Skills Acquisition Training under the Geese 1 Round-About Multi Trade Association in Birnin Kebbi, Hajiya Zainab emphasized the importance of skill acquisition.
“The administration of my husband, Dr. Nasir Idris, is committed to sponsoring youths in various skills training to make them self-reliant,” she said.
Association Chairman Alhaji Shehu Gobir Dada thanked the First Lady for her financial and moral support, urging beneficiaries to make the best use of their newfound skills.
The event featured skill displays, certificate presentations, and starter packs for graduates.
