Ganduje Condoles With Families Of 17 Victims Of Kano Auto Crash

Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State, on Sunday, condoled with the families of 17 men who lost their lives in a motor accident along Kano-Zaria highway, on Saturday.

The condolence was conveyed in a press statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Abba Anwar, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Kano.

“Their death came to us as very shocking. This is a great loss not only to their families or to the people of Sani Mainagge, in Gwale local government area, where they came from, but to all of us, the government and the people of Kano state.

“The incident is an act of Allah alone; only He can forgive them. We are, therefore, praying to Allah Almighty to grant them Jannatul Fiddaus. May He forgive their wrongdoings and may He give their families the fortitude to bear the loss,” Ganduje said.
On behalf of the government and people of the state, Ganduje commiserated with the families, people of Sani Mainagge, Gwale local government, their friends and relations over the sad incident, the statement said.
